Service Description

Book your consultation to see what we have to offer to accommodate your body goals . During the consultation we will go over your eating habits, your goals and medical history. Consultation fee is no refundable but will go towards your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it to your schedule appointment, your deposit is nonrefundable. If you book another appointment, another nonrefundable deposit will be due. No refunds on deposits are allowed.
