Cancellation Policy

All clients must have a card on file. No extra people are allowed when you're in service unless their also receiving treatment. If cancel before the 24 hours of your appointment its a $50 dollar charge to your card that's on file. If you're pass the grace period of being late which is 10 minutes you will be charged $30 dollars. No call no shows will place you in never service list again. If no response to our confirmation email, call, or text you will have to reschedule. If you do in house payments and don't complete the program, you will still owe the remainder balance and your card will be charged for the remainder balance. No refunds on any of the treatments you book.
